Hospitality

Hospitality interiors are designed to be functional but also attractive, so the guests feel at home. ‘Warm’ environments have been proven to positively influence guests on an emotional level by making them more relaxed. This is typically achieved by using subtle, warm lighting, together with good acoustics, to ensure patrons aren’t competing with each other to be heard.

  • Decorative lighting expo

    Expo 2020

Expo 2020 presented multiple opportunities for NGA to provide turnkey lighting design, manufacturer and supply services. Highlights of this magnificent event include providing architectural and decorative lighting to the public realm areas, 11 restaurants named Best Of The Best (BOTB) chosen for their leading international reputation, Talabat food court and Alkebulan African Dining Hall.

"With only four weeks from order to delivery on site and constantly evolving site conditions, the majority of the products were custom made and we could not have been more proud of the result."

  • Eastcheap - 1800k LED strip

    Eastcheap Records

The client was looking for a particularly warm look and feel to this live music venue in the City. NGA manufactured an 1800k LED strip, which was integrated into all the joinery, bar fronts and back bars to help create this ‘moody’ but fun atmosphere.

"I couldn't thank the NGA team enough. I was on a particularly tight deadline and they delivered over 300m of custom made LED and profile within 2 weeks. The bar looks exactly how I envisioned it and will continue to use them as and when I open new projects in the future. "

The multi-million pound refurbishment of this hotel included upgrading all their existing lighting to LEDs. NGA worked closely with lighting designers Nulty, the interior designer and cost consultants to deliver over 4000m of LED strip and Neon Flex to 474 rooms and all public areas of the hotel.

  • Leaf ceiling and lighting

    Middle Eight

This award-winning, bespoke, autumn-leaf ceiling, was manufactured, powder coated and installed by NGA to cover the 110sqm ceiling in the Sycamore Bar at the new Middle Eight luxury hotel in Covent Garden. The project was not without challenges but the end result is stunning.

Some things are worth going the extra mile for. Thanks to all who helped deliver this amazing Tonik vision. Thousands of sycamore leaves to compliment the bar and restaurant.”
